Space under back seat

Does anyone know how much space is left under the back seat with them down?

In a 2 door, all that you have is the floorboard space where passenger feet go. There is NO space for storage under the seats themselves.

I suppose it depends how far the front seats are scooted back. Here’s a pic.

That distance from front seat back to back seat cushion is 7 inches

I can tell you in the four door I tried placing an amp under it "approximately 3" and it was a no go. They pretty much lay flat

that's exactly what I was wondering, looks like back to the drawing board

Yeah honestly there is no good spot There is a little room under the front seats but then you have to contend with the hvac vents that are under there and in the winter having hot air blow on a amp just wont work. I will probably mount on the left wall in the cargo area
