Steering rack failure

Hi, I'm located in Calgary Alberta. I damaged by Bronco on the trail. I hit a rock hard and damaged the rack. Can't find a rack, can anyone help source one. 2021 4Dr Badlands non Sasquatch.

If you're off roading, try to get the HOSS 3.0 rack. Here in the states you can buy it from Ford Performance, but in Canada I don't know. Check the dealership. If you want a used rack, check eBay or Facebook marketplace, and buyer beware.

If you just cracked the housing and didn't necessarily damage anything internally, you might be able to get the 74W stage one billet case to repair it, but that's as much as a full HOSS 3.0 rack. The 3.0 rack is a heavier duty case, heavier duty tie rods and 30% stronger motor.

If yours is damaged then definitely try to swap in the HOSS 3.0 rack. Probably similar cost and a nice improvement.

Car-part.com has one recycler has a 22 selling parts cheap, others in the area as well. Saw couple HD aftermarket on classifieds.

For trails in AB and BC forget Bronco thay are too brutal unless on forestry type road. Need dirt bike, maybe quad even SxS to heavy just a waste of time with lots of breakage.
