Looking to be educated (doesn't take much!)
The goal is to try and eliminate as many potential weak points as possible in the Sasquatch suspension before they fail. (Some of your experience off-roading other vehicles may translate.)
Two main areas:
1. What parts are most likely to fail, from most likely to least, (tie rods, lower control arm clearance....) so I can look to the aftermarket for upgrades?
2. If adding a fair amount of additional weight from aftermarket bumpers, a winch, skid plates, rails.... should the front springs be replaced? Longer, different spring rates?
2a. If springs are replaced, should the shocks be replaced as well?
Not looking to add 37" tires, just wanting to eliminate some fail points ahead of time and make any necessary changes, if any, to better support added weight, primarily over the front end.
Appreciate the help!
