I can’t remember if the wired predominantly run on the top side or the bottom side of the bumper, but try multiple ways. They reach. Ford uses the same harness for the 2 bumpers.

Swapping plastic bumper for Capable Bumper?

is it possible just to leave the OBX hooks there and put the new bumper on?I did not shave. I got the correct brackets. It was worth the $100 to not mess with shaving.
Here are the hooks in comparison to the other brackets.

Thanks for your help. One last question, besides the tow hooks, is it possible to leave the plastic OBX skid plate in place. Someone thought if you leave it on you need to cut some of it off if you do not go the route of a new metal skid plate? Thanks.
You will have to trim in order for it to fit.

OK, just did this swap. The harness fits, but I found it necessary to Trim the keys for the Sensors located on the bezels. I removed a few key tabs, turned it 180, all works just fine. I added the KR Off Road dual light kit, so the fogs work , but I will finish the Off-Road lights tomorrow, Switch #2 and ground through a waterproof connector next to the front bumper connector.
I removed a bunch of wire holders from the harness, they dont work and add bulk. I tied the harness on each side of the opening for the Adaptive Cruise Radar Sensor. Wire tied it to the back intermediate brackets. Time consuming, but totally worth it.

Metal plate for?
I switched out plastic for capable
on my big bend. You will need to grind off hooks or purchase the bracket and a new steel skid plate as well.
