I am wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

The last Ford Power-up version I have is 1.9.0 (SecuriAlert)
My FordPass App is up to date. (Android 4.22.0)
Sync Shows ver 145

I don't have The SecuriAlert option in the App, as well as other features that have been added. (I believe there is a horn and light feature that was added to the App a well)

The app is connected to the vehicle (feature like, remote start, and lock/unlock work)

I have a 21' FE if that matters.

I am wonder if I am the only experiencing this issue and/ or if anyone has a suggestion for a fix.

Are you allowing Ford access to all your connected vehicle data? If not perhaps they’re penalizing you for that?

Related question regarding FordPass. Can you transfer a destination from the app to the in-car Nav? I used to be able to do this but can’t anymore.

I'm in the same situation, with a 2021 Badlands. Except I'm even more out of date: my Sync software is stuck on revision 107, and my latest update is powerup 1.6.0, which installed on April 25th (when it was already several versions out of date). I've made sure that I'm connected to wifi every night, and tried every combination of automatic and scheduled updates that I could think of in the menus. They really need a way to force update.

I assume you guys have automatic updates enabled? Set a time schedule for updates?
Also, do you connect your truck to your home WiFi? Ford says you get updates quicker if you do.
I've been desperately waiting for the last update that allows full screen AA on the 12" screen 😔

Yep.
I've tried auto updates on with scheduled updates off.
I've tried scheduled updates on with auto updates off.
I've tried having both on.
I've tried setting to every day of the week at different times.
I've tried both connected and not connected to wifi.
I've tried every possible combination of settings I could find.

It still says I'm up to date with power up 1.6 from back in April which is clearly not correct. Where is the option to force an update?!?

Same thing.
It told me it updated to 1.9 way back when.
Although I never got the securityalert feature.
I wish there was a way to force an update, or tell me what is preventing it to update.

For Sync 3, there's an online updater program I used with my Escape to keep it updated. Even had the ability to test beta/pre-release firmware.
Copy it to a USB drive and plug it into the vehicle to start the update.
Yeah, wish there was a Sync 4 version 😔

My 21 Badlands is also stuck on 1.9. Had to take the bronco in for service and mentioned that it’s not updating. They told me there’s nothing they could do which I kinda fell like is bs but, yes, it’s definitely an issue
