Here is the release of our Tailgate Medicine Cabinet, at @Mountains2Metal we like to create products with uniqueness and usefulness in mind. However, adding a little bit of aesthetic creativity with a dash of absurdity usually serves well.

We initially released these at Bronco Super Celebration East last week to see how the people like it, needless to say we sold out. Here are some pictures I got of them installed on customer vehicles.

Also curious about this.
I really love this idea, but I would want it to be lockable.

Will this work with the Trailgator? Looking at it just now the cutting board overlaps the bottom of that plastic cover by about a half an inch. And it looks like your STASHH might stick out a little lower than the plastic cover does.

Looks like a great use of space but seems overbuilt. How much does this weigh? Why such heavy duty hardware since it's not lockable?

Note that all the fasteners are external so a lock is useless. Just undo the hinge hardware. Riveted hinges seem like a better idea if making this out of steel, but again fasteners to the tailgate look like they need to be external so that would be moot.

If not lockable I'd prefer a lighter less rattle prone plastic solution.

Just some constructive criticism. Love the idea.

Price is steep, but I've pre-ordered one for my space-limited 2 door.

I have been waiting for a tailgate locker/table that goes the full length. Similar to the jeep below but covers the latch area. I want a place for wet recovery gear (door has a vent already for natural draft) and a lock option for storage of "bang bang items".

I mean, unless the thief has that exact size socket on them when breaking into the vehicle, a lock would significantly slow someone down or even deter them from attempting to get into it.
People can obviously get into anything they want with enough time. The point of the lock wouldn't be to make it impossible to get into.

Sure, that's a fair counterpoint but then just use the glovebox and save $400? Anything opening up a locked glove box is opening this.

I feel like this with a lock would be much more difficult to get into than a locked glovebox, but that’s a fair argument also. And you are right, it’s hard to justify the $400

So just to add in some constructive criticism. Was there no way to create a stash space that retains the stock cover so that to the normal observer there would be no reason to suspect a stash spot?

I would imagine that a plastic cubby with a modified stock cover would be more desirable then something that sticks out and is not lockable.

I like it. I bought one. No bitching required.
I expect pictures with the interior of the STASHH illuminated with a rock light. Anything less is unacceptable. You have a reputation to uphold.
