I wouldn't sweat it too much. It's probably not too big a deal. Ford is building them in order, so if you miss MY21, you'll end up with a MY22 about 1 month later.
In my case my reservation is within about 7 hours of the reveal so with the server mess on 7/13 I am still early am 7/14 so I have a good timestamp. The issue is the popularity of SAC along with their allocation numbers from Ford. The difference between me getting a 2021 and 2022 would probably be several months. We're looking at comparing potentially August this year to January of next year regardless of the fact I have a low reservation.

I personally think Ford screwed the pooch on dealer allotment. How insane would it be that I reserved within a few hours of reveal but might have to wait several months longer than some guy that popped in a week later and put a reservation elsewhere?

Said it before and will say it again, allotment makes no sense. Ford shit the bed.
I have money for your bronco, I converted my order and I have a day 1 reservation, I should get mine prior to some dude with a day 3 revelation regardless of dealer or state. Massive hate.

Great news!

Due to a variety of factors, not the least of which was our plan to convert all reservations to the order banks, our allocation has jumped up dramatically!

We were at 70 allocations, now we're at 108! That's a 54% increase!

For those that stuck it out with us, still wanting a MY21, thank you for hanging in there.

Our next allocation for MY22 should be THROUGH THE ROOF!

More to come! Hang in there!

It spreads them out to all dealerships. So dealership A gets 100 Broncos all at once and dealership B has to wait a week or 2 to get theirs?

At first I thought you converted all reservations to Outer Banks. 😂

Not enough coffee yet and brain is turned off since it’s a day off from work.

Why should it not be that way? Maybe it would have forced dealerships to be competitive instead of going "msrp, best I can do".

so glad to see our mid 60s number made Stephens allocation for 2021 and look forward to the ride from 'Bama to WV!

Yes, because dealership A busted ass to hit high numbers and provide a superior experience while dealership B sat by and gave the same shitty dealership experience causing the enthusiasts with early stamps to move to dealership A

John, can you tell us how many pre 9/19 orders were submitted?
The average allocated/orders still seems to be in the 30-35% range for most dealers.

342. So we're at 108/342, 31.58%

Thanks for the reply. Granger and Chapman are at about 31.5% as well.
I'm still obsessing over where the rest of the Broncos are going!
120,000 orders and 32% allocation is only 38,400 Broncos going to reservation holders in 2021.

You're right...with the estimates of 60,000 Broncos built in 21, it should be higher than that. Maybe Ford was super conservative in what they could build and will add allocations as production goes up.

Something else to consider, there's other factors involved in the formula for allocation that are not public knowledge.

There are dealers out there that are mega-dealers with huge allocations because on these and other factors, dealers that aren't mentioned in these forums. I suspect there's a large portion of Broncos that are going to dealers like this.
