The scenario is when the roof and/or doors are off
Ooo yeah that could be no bueno if you parked it outside your place... I would say probably because say you are in your garage and wanted to start your car.... Well most people don't start it then open the door. If that's the case just put an opener in one of the locking cases and don't program it...
I think on my GMC i had it did, work the garage with the car off.

From what I’ve seen it looks like the cargo area is NOT cloth, so just the rear seat backs are cloth.

Yep, I can unlock my current vehicles without starting them and use the garage door opener. My Bronco will not fit in my 1930s garage and I expect to have the top off for most of the year.

But you're right that I can ignore the homelink and keep an opener in the center console if I have to.

This may have already been discussed and forgive me if it has but the base has no option for the passenger grab handle that I can find. Can these be ordered from the Ford parts catalog?

How is it possible that I left a pair of pliers on the inside of my bumper, still able to fall to the ground, over 1500 miles ago and I just found them again today still on my bumper?!?!?

It appears that it has the exact same mounting points as all the other trims... just a filler plate instead of an actual handle.

I expect that it will be a trivial matter to add a handle after delivery.

If it has those Bronco bolts then "Yes" most likely.

Do the "Tow Hooks" provided on non-HD Bumpers, exists on the Front AND the Back, and are Tow Hooks able to be used as Recovery?

When I think Tow, I just think of a tow truck with a flat bed winching it up... not the same as a stuck in the mud or on a rock type of load.
