Has anyone had any issues with the PC throwing codes and if so would that void your warranty?

I only have experience with SprintBooster. No issues at all with almost 2 years of use and my local Ford dealer doesn't care it's plugged in when I get it serviced. The Banks OBD2 controller may claim to be even safer but then your OBD2 port is constantly in use.
