I have one latch on the passenger center that will loosen to the point the corner raises and I can hear wind coming in as if the passenger window is cracked. The latch feels tight and I hear the “click” when it is engaged but I am wondering if the hex nut in the latch needs to be tightened. I am seeking the torque spec for the hex nut in the latch so that I do not over tighten. Thanks!

It's low, only 12 Nm. You don't want to crack anything.

I'm not saying this will fix your problem, but I use the hand tightened Rockworx which work great and I have no air noise...just a thought...

The lose latch is on the passenger center panel and the rear.

Somewhere on Bronco6G is a thread telling how to check and adjust panel alignment. Looks like I didn't mark it though. The thread was about what to check before making modifications to get rid of wind noise.
