Trail Cover/Cab cover VM2DZ-19A412-B first surprise rain....

I just gave the 2 door trail cover it's first rain test. It did a pretty good job handling a surprise shower. It is not rated as "waterproof" but it did appear to keep the water out and it was beading up on it. Because there is a large area in the middle of the Bronco that is open I had about a buckets worth of a lake just sitting in the center I had to address once it stopped raining. I would imagine it would eventually start dripping there if it sat long enough but a few wet handed tugs and I was able to get it to pour off to the side. The top is wonky to install with the strap hooks and the mirror ears but I am getting faster. Love it for keeping the sun and dust off of everything while I am at work.

I did end up with a little water on the visors and the rear cupholders but not enough that a small towel couldn't handle. I think those aligned with seams in the cover. It did keep the electronics dry. @JBowles you will love it when it finally arrives.

Ya that thing is not rain proof and will leave you a very wet Bronco. Buddy found out the hard way after I warned him.

Yeah for sure. It's a trail cover for dust and dew but I will say as compared to nothing it did an adequate job. I would have been in real trouble without it.
