Yup! Cable or wireless is just as flawed. Glitches all the time on both. Sometimes it just misses a few seconds of media and others it randomly disconnects or won’t connect on start.

It seems pretty elementary at this point in tech to have these issues when most car brands have flawless connectivity now.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it is. Wireless or sitting in my wired mount. No skipping, lockups, or performance issues. My experience with other vehicles has been that it is all about the carrier coverage, your OS of choice, and phone brand. Samsung S8 then an S23; smooth sailing over the past 7 months. Any owners of other Ford's seen any phone brand bias? I'm sure someone is throwing money at Ford to spend extra tweak time for their devices. =)

I have issues too. Sometimes it works fine, then I'll have issues for weeks. Even after deleting the phone and reconnecting, it still doesn't work. I found that if you hold the radio power button and the forward skip button down together for about five seconds, it reboots the system. This apparently resets the "SYNC system." It works perfectly after I do that.
