Hello to my new Bronco family. Just purchased a 2025 4 door heritage V6! Love the vehicle but around 35-40 mph I start getting a very noticeable vibration. Is this just normal performance with the Sasquatch or should I take it to the dealership for evaluation?

How many miles on it?

Sounds like tire imbalance. One of my wheels was off by an amount that my tire shop said "that may be the issue may not, test drive and tell me" and it was. Lots of force applied when wheels are spinning.

Get the tires balanced and see if it goes away.

I had a similar experience with mine when new. Doing a 5-tire rotation took care of things and it has not returned since in subsequent rotations.

22 Badlands Sasquatch 54k miles

I have the same vibration at the same speed. Got a tire rotation and wheel balance that didn't fix anything. Tech said the wheels were all in balance. I've done some offroading so it's possible I've banged some stuff around underneath. Next step was to get the alignment checked. I've also heard some differential issues may cause a vibration.

The tech did say I'm starting to get some cupping and tires this big can really exaggerate the vibration caused by bad tires.

Original owner didn't rotate in the 5th so I cant do a 5 tire.

I also had awful vibration and it was caused by cupping. Replacing the tires made the vibration go away.

I think we've all had it at some point...I have a 22 and I noticed around 4000 miles but went away shortly....check for pebbles in the treads of tires..the smallest of stones in their will cause this. Im currently at 25k and dont have any of it going on any more...my tires are start8ng to get worn down and dont pick up as much gravel as b4

I once had enough vibration at 70mph to shake my steering wheel slightly and it went away right after I plucked all the rocks out of the SAS Goodyears.

At 40mph though, you might want to get that checked out.

Of course I have. Have I ever had one out balance when it was brand new and only 100 miles on it… nope. Was I wondering if this was something normal for the Sasquatch package… yep. While I’m no better taking time out of my day to reply to your useless response I still find it satisfying.

Didn't you test drive it?

No, a vibration isn’t normal at all. There were several new Broncos in the first year or so delivered without the tires being balanced. No clue why. I suspect they missed one of yours. You can take it back to the dealership if they can get on it if not, just take it to a tire store and have them balance them if you don’t want to mess with the dealership. Be sure and rotate your tires every oil change, and because they are large and all-terrain tires, they will eventually need to be balanced again. It’s just nature of the beast with big tires.

No sir. Drove a different one they had in the lot but had the color I wanted trailered in from a different dealership. Anymore questions?
Gotcha. Was the one you test drove also a Sasquatch? Did it have the same vibration?

In the future, don't be afraid to kick the tires (literally and figuratively). A vehicle is a substantial purchase. Driving "A" Bronco is not the same as driving "YOUR" Bronco. Any and all issues on your Bronco should be addressed before you drive it off the lot. God forbid some tech or lot jockey busts something up and you didn't do a thorough once-over, now you're stuck with some sort of repair cost.

Curious what the result of you taking it back to the dealership was. Hopefully it was just an out of balance tire and not something else
