VIN is not showing up in Tracker

Anyone else having issues with the tracker? I just entered my info and for some reason it’s not working now. I get “We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN” message. I have a build date if 1/24/22 and have been on Ice Mountain since.

Yes, I just checked mine and had the same thing. 1/24 blend date and have been stuck in production since.

Sunday morning seems to be the time Ford performs maintenance or organization of the web sites. They figure half of you are going to church, and the other half won’t wake up from the previous nights activities until noon.

Have the same happen to me, I messaged my sales and at their end they don't see anything wrong. My build was supposed to be 01/31/22, and so far its still in production.

It started working again later in the morning and is working fine today. Well fine as it gives the same crappy info as last week; no estimated delivery date and still shows as in production 1/18/21.
