No, you’d still have a warranty. They just probably won’t honor it for any parts the lift could’ve affected. If you remove the lift, for example, and they didn’t know one was ever installed, you’d still have a warranty to use.
Soooo, the parts will be covered under warranty.

A lift and big tires will probably void the entire drivetrain warranty, along with any electronics connected to the drivetrain. That would include the 2.7 engine. The warranty is written for the vehicle the way it left the factory. But if you never have a problem the warranty will be fine.
