Oracle Lighting has you covered!
Short version:
I ordered headlights, receipt email says 15-20 days.
30 days later, no product, no email, no contact.
I contact them asking for an update and about a refund,
New email says 35 days MAX, told no refund as it's already being built (a lie).
a week later, still nothing.
Call in and get told, oh maybe by the end of April (another 3 weeks) due to a back-ordered part (news to me), unless you want to pay for an upgrade, or we'll send some wheel lights and you can wait...
Ask for them to fulfill my order or a refund, denied.
email saying they can't ship what hasn't been built.. (so why no refund then?)
Tell them I will dispute the credit card charge then...
Oh, in that case we can refund you...

Smart move on disputing the charge on the CC! Last thing they want to wrestle with is a core source of their own revenue stream (credit card company)..

That sucks. I really wanted their integrated light bar but I have not heard great things about their CS.

I judge companies based on how they handle things when there is a problem/things go wrong.
Any company seems good if things go as planned, but how they recover from an issue says volumes more to me. Good luck to you, fortunately they are not the only game in town.

This is exactly what I talk about when deciding on who to give my business to. I have had plenty of orders go as planned, some that don't. The companies who stay communicative and work on a resolution get my repeat business.

EX: Northridge 4x4 had shipped out a part to me which didn't work. Was dealing with the manufacturer but had contacted them (N4x4) just before the 30 day mark worried as the manufacturer wasn't making any progress with me.

Northridge 4x4 opened a case, told me to not worry about the 30 day policy and they would make it right with the manufacturer themselves if needed. Even if they had to take the part back and get me onto something else, they would take care of me no matter what it took. The guy that opened the case actively called me every couple of days to check to see if there was any progress.

This earned my future business for sure, the team member went above and beyond, didn't just wait for me to lose my patience but kept reaching out to me until a resolution was found.

This is nothing against Oracle, have a couple of their products.
