If you didn't reserve one, wait a year and a half or pay ADM, its simple. You DESERVE ADM if you didn't wait like everyone else. "fair" is whatever the dealer can get (for a non-reserved Bronco).

and I would say a third to almost half are for customers who will back out or not complete the transaction anyway. (credit, changed mind, whatever) This makes the dealer have inventory for a Bronco that they can hold on to and ask whatever they want.
