Amazing that these things need to be done to a $200 GearShade . I might have to do the same, I get too much flapping in the front and been looking for a solution.

Mine was almost $300 with the graphic. But I really like the shade and the way it looks as opposed to JTops with the magnets and all. Not to throw shade (haha) at JTops, they have a great product.

I have a GearShade as well. Just black, nothing fancy. They are great quality. Much better than the hot garbage sold on Amazon. Did not require any customization, fit perfectly per the instructions.

Thank you! I don't think i'm ready to take that leap just yet. Although, prior to finding strapworks.com, where you can buy strap by the foot, I bought 12 YARDS of heavy duty nylon strap from Amazon. So I have enough strapping to do several!

Have you seen the little things people have had to do to a $60,000+ vehicle? It's pretty sad...

Installed the Mabbet mud flaps, Pedal Commander, Roush breather, Boomba BOV, and Flowmaster axle back exhaust last night/this AM. The mud flaps were a tad cuntish (I strained my mater getting the frame bolts loose in the back) but I think they look pretty good. The exhaust was super easy. Everything else was novice level wrenching. I won’t be doing anything else until I figure out what I want to do with my AUX switches.

Technically this is supposed to be for the Mod bumper but it works exactly the same on the capable steel bumper. That’s just the hook that came with the winch and to store it, I had it hooked on the bumper shackle. I’ve since replaced the hook with an Agency 6 flat mount winch shackle that I can just pull tight to the fairlead.

Nice ok thanks....did you do an install thread or anything? Would I have to drill into my capable?
