7,500 mile and just the windshield recall. I did have the A/C condenser replaced but my daughter hitting a deer was the cause. Luckily there was zero damage to the bumper/grill or anything else other than the condenser.

Mine came from the factory with a driver side window that wouldn't go up or down. The dealer caught it during the inspection before letting me buy it. Had to wait a few weeks to get that fixed. It was stuck down about 1/4", which made it rattle on rough stuff. There wasn't a choice for windows in the list at the top.

Oh, and my windshield had a rock bounce off of it on the highway, putting a one inch chip in it. Had that replaced a few days later. That was NOT Ford's fault.

How did you break yours? My dealer broke mine when i took it in for an oil change but they won’t fess up to it. They also broke two other broncos in my area….
Me thinking it was a mechanical brake release and pulling it like my YJ's......

5900 miles. 11 States. 5 months. May break everything tomorrow, but flawless so far.
I just got back from 4866.8 mile trip through 11 states, totalling 91 and 1/2 hours of driving. No issues and computer says 18.7 MPG. Grand Kids and nieces/nephews loved it. I even got Bronc'd in Alabama, at a bbq cook off from a guy in a Base Squatch.

Other than the windshield, very few actual issues.
