I found this under my drivers seat, but have idea what it is or if it is important. My sales person also does not know what it is. Any ideas?

teapot/thermos lid?
Not 100% sure but If I were to guess, it looks like one of those suction cups they use when carrying/installing the windshield. One of them might've fallen off at the plant and hid under your seat. I vacuum my car all the time and I've never seen anything like this under my seat or any seats so it might be something from the plant. I don't think you have anything to worry about here!

This must be from the assembly line or something, it’s not part of the vehicle
Agreed. It must be a holder of some sort. The “O” handle holds a tool line/ hose or some cable.

Appears that it has some very course threads??? maybe? Does appear to be a temporary lift point that would quickly tread in/out.
