My 70 in better days - never intended to get 6G but took a contract in AZ and decided I better have something with A/C…so got a BD and figured during its break I’d restore my daily workhorse…got a complete new tub ready to go on frame…then exploring the parks out west…decided I’d better get a BL, so another Cyber Orange 2Dr Manual later…spent this weekend mounting a winch on it cause the previous weekend I had to be helped off a rock…

The 70 is very nearly stock, still on points and condenser ignition on the 302. Manual drum brakes, 3 speed. 2.5” lift, a holly carb, and high output heater fan are only non-stock items. Radio might be next. On my last rebuild I did swap to a newer block as I didn’t want to over bore yet another 0.030”. I used it for what it was originally built - ranch work truck and up until last year a daily driver. Now replacing the entire body as there wasn’t much left of the sheet metal.

I still have the iron barrel bullet though I don’t log a lot of miles on it - seems I spend an hour fixing it for every hour riding.

My 73 XLT Bronco nearly identical to your Red except mine was black and white. What caught my eye was your Royal Enfield as I own an original ‘48 250.
Really enjoyed my 73 Bronco but Wisconsin salted winter roads took its toll on the sheet metal.

I've had several Broncos and wish I still had them all back - 3 77s, 2 73s, a 78, and a 85. I gave a friend a 77 that needed work and still have one of the 73s. I would let my 23 go, but never my 73. I am refreshing my 73 to go from a dedicated offroad rig to make it more streetable.
