When does anyone expect MY22 paint colors to be released?

I think that is wishful thinking. I would expect info not come out till the summer. Ford isn't going to release new MY info while they are trying to schedule current builds.

I hope early . With a 2021 order with late available items, an early release would give me the option of moving my order back and getting 2022 features I think I might want. That is the best of all worlds. Plus, as soon as they are being delivered I will get to see them in person.

It is the deadline to convert a reservation to a MY21 order. If no conversion, then you will have the opportunity to convert your reservation when the MY22 order banks open.

I really hate making a $50000 gamble when Ford could be transparent and eliminate the color dilemma.

I think I know how a Heritage will look. We think we know how much it will cost.

We don’t know color changes. And we don’t know which colors / models will allow white tops.

Anyone that orders a 2021 and would get upset if new colors or features become available in my22 should just wait for my22. Ford isn’t going to do major changes here other than a couple tweaks to colors , fix the vehicle weight issue for rooftop, etc. they majority of reservation holders are getting a my22

Take it FWIW but my dealer told me the other day that MY22 build order banks will open in/after May once the MY21 order banks have been scheduled for production.

There was some Ford sourced info here that I wish I could find again. Not the easiest to sort through the forums.

May is when we'll get a definite for your build being this year or next.
August is when model year 2022 info is release.
December is when the switchover and building begins for next year.
January is when 2022 models start physically appearing for sale.

I'll find the info again eventually. Always seem to run across things by accident here.

Update: I found the link from this forum to Bronco Nation that has the info, but it's been disabled on their end. Some of the Q&A can be seen in the header, the page has an error and I'd not available.
