This is not correct.
The May promise was to give estimates delivery dates to everyone, e.g. “expected q3-q4 2022 delivery.”
This is different than the VIN + scheduling week. These are given when specific scheduling is performed which is on a rolling basis and will continue for the next couple years.

That's all I want: a guesstimate. Will it be Christmas, hunting season, next winter, Spring?

Right now I suspect the Hard Top issue is so bad that Ford won't be sending any "estimate" e-mails. Only ones they can actually schedule.
Their supply chain is so screwed up they simply have no clue what parts they will have on hand for Q3 and Q4.
