When you first got your Bronco, there was probably one feature you thought you’d use all the time.

Maybe it was a GOAT mode, the AUX switches, taking the doors off, pulling the roof panels, or one of the built-in trail features.

Then a few months go by… and somehow you barely touch it. 😅

What’s that feature for you?

And is there something you didn’t think much about at first, but now use all the time?

Curious to see which answers come up the most. 👇

It also makes you wonder what Ford should keep—or rethink—for the 2027 Bronco…

We share more owner polls, product ideas, and occasional tester opportunities in our Bronco group too!

Downhill Descent. I pushed the button once, but in 4Lo C it doesn't exactly do much but get in the way. I don't have any of the other features/Hero buttons -- just an extra-large sauce holder.

I still haven't tried Crank-In-Gear, didn't even know it existed until a few weeks ago. I meant to try it out on the trail this weekend but got distracted.

GOAT modes in general are ... gimmicky to me. I'd rather just push the button for what I need when I need it, but GOAT is the only way to OEM adjust steering/throttle sensitivities, so... kinda stuck with it if you want either of those things right now, which can occasionally be useful.

But - all of that - the one thing that gets really underused: Trailer Hitch. I had always had a pickup, and I do have a small trailer. I thought I could just use the trailer and eventually sell the pickup. But towing with the Bronco is ... it's just a lot better/easier with a pickup than on the Bronco. The only reason I keep the hitch on my Bronco is to use it to protect my bumper from trail hits now.

GOAT Modes and rear seats in my 2dr..

I off-road all the time but never use the GOAT modes. My backseats are occupied by a Pelican case that stores most of my recovery gear.

How about using the roof panels?

trail turn assist feels like it's gonna tear the truck in half aired down on a mud-terrain.

one and done for me, don't want to deal with a spun axle tube.

Trail turn assist.

Trail control. Is it just low speed cruise control?

Voice control/Alexa. Privacy please.

SiriusXM. I tried it once and it kept cutting out. Streaming music and podcasts is just better.

Auto-Start-Stop.

I have not touched the silly GOAT mode dial in 3 years. But I never expected to either.

Yeah the XM reception is pretty bad. It’s too bad they haven’t fixed this. I know it’s got to do with the antenna placement, and I’ve seen some folks to a relocation of the antenna.

Hmmm...
Stereo. 1-it sucks and 2-I like the sound of the road/tire/fresh air noise
Roof panels-I've taken them all off several times, but I hate the sun beating on me after about 20 minutes. I bought the Bronco so I could take the doors off. I have them off as much as possible while living in NJ.
Goat modes-I drive in Sport mode and flip back to 2wd. Never used another mode, including normal, after the first few days of ownership.
