For the Whipple tune, the device does not store your stock tune in it. So, if you want to revert back to the stock tune, you need to call Whipple, and they will send you a stock tune file, in which you then will have to upload. Its not the easiest process. And just to be clear, the stock file tune they send you is not what came out of your vehicle, it's a generic file.

for me its the decel - 5 to 4 to 3 is a bit aggressive
You know, I agree, especially 4->3. Also 3->2 should rev match the way the other downshift do. The good thing is that this should be an easy fix with software alone. It would be a pity if it never gets fixed.

There'll be another and better option soon :)

I would wait for the FP tune if you HAVE to have a warranty. It'll be a pretty soft tune, though. Less power than the whipple tune if I was a betting man.
What other “option soon”?
