Not gonna happen.
Mustang now has only black tops available, and still no hardtop option. It used to be that you could get white, black, red or tan, and way back, blue. It's all about cost per unit installed. Customer choice costs profit in their minds. In North America the vast majority of vehicles are ordered by the dealers for their own inventory. Same-hour delivery is the paradigm here. Limited choices cuts down on the number of dealer-to-dealer swaps: everybody has the same black interior and grey-scale paint. Every day a unit sits unsold, it is collecting interest on the floor plan loan, and the factory offers assistance by limiting the vehicle options, creating more profit to pass along to the dealers, who must order acres of black interiors and one or two engine choices. Therefore choices are more limited than they are in other markets where half or more vehicles are spec-ed out by the customer. Hence, those markets have more powertrain and interior-exterior options, because those customer spec-ed units don't sit for weeks or months unsold, and if Brand-X offers multiple power train, paint, and interior options, Brand-Y needs to do the same.

Have you ever owned a white top? Thats just not true. Type of material makes a difference. Modern fabric materials are easy to keep clean no matter what color.

I was being truthful and funny. ? Have you ever owned a black car? They look amazing for five minutes and then the dust appears. I had a light tan top back in the day and living in a humid climate meant it would look like crap if I didnāt keep it cleaned. I saw plenty of white tops that looked worse. These were also eighties cars, so none of the tops looked good up close (paint didnāt either). Black tops had their own issues. They faded quickly. You had to pick your poison back then. ?
I don't think a white soft top would be a good idea. Miata's with light tan tops always look horribly dirty, even if the rest of the car looks good, white would be even worse. .
...not really, you can keep a white soft top looking great..it may not be a factory option but the artermarket will have plenty

In all seriousness, why would Ford offer as an accessory something that only a hundred or so people would want. Wouldn't even be worth the negotiating time with the supplier, the legal cost of negotiating that contract, the inventory management for such a small quantity item, etc. etc.?
