You could always pick up the '79.

I've had it for a few years now, and it's pretty much the exact same internals. They're both built on the TRX-4 platform and have interchangable parts. I added the LED light kit and a speaker for a V8 sound.

I got sick of waiting for my real Cyber Orange Wild Trak and actually bought the Cyber Orange Traxxas Bronco. Right now I am building a trailer for my Traxxas XO-1 so the Bronco can tow it around. Im bored and its been a long wait for the real one. Current build week is 1/3 and the ford rep said the schedule build start is 1/7. Do I worry about a vehicle built on a Friday

Those are really cool. I used to buy rc kits and assemble them myself and do a ton of modifications along the way. The last one I made was a tamiya tundra. I decided to keep it instead of selling it. Seeing all the Bronco r/c’s makes me want to put a Bronco body on it.
