Why not class action

With all the crap with the way are orders are being filled with some people not getting their order for over a year and others getting a order in a few months why there is not a class action being brought up and plus many of us put a deposit that the dealers are holding which I assume that they are receiving interest or at least the use of I'm not taking about the 100 dollars my dealer made me put down a deposit of 5000 with no quarantine if I would see this Car in a timely fashion. There must be some legal course what do you guys think
