I think it is because of the different size tires on each of the models.

I’ve noticed the BD seems to be left out on a Few vehicle measurements ...not sure why.

width and also overall height...it’s like Ford forgot this trim model ...

Agreed, Wildtrack was 315s and the wider finder flairs, so that bit is obvious. (maybe also different offset on the Squatch

Badlands has 285s, and I suspect they are measuring from the sidewall, which is very likely protruding further than the tires on the base/big bend which are 255s on narrower wheels (despite having the same flairs)

My first thought too but the tires are inboard of the mirrors, so that wouldn't change the distance between mirrors. Opinion from a picture of the folded mirror being outside of tires - might be bad memory too.

Mirrors are inboard. Tires and flares will be the widest part of the Bronco.

The picture of widths the OP posted says “with mirrors folded.”

Deployed, the mirrors are the widest part of the Bronco, and thus would be the same across all models. With them folded wheel/tire width start playing a role.
