I may be wrong, but I believe that is the First Edition. Notice the bumper.
The OP goes on to say a few posts later that the hood graphics on FE and WildTrak are identical. Kind of reminds me of the Old Defender 90 “graphic” on the wings of the bonnet.

Anyone know why the ford website says wildtrack has 77.6 cu Ft while the other trims have more? Is wildtrack smaller?

I had 35 Ko2 on my wrangler, pretty loud on the road. Think it was the tread pattern that caused this.
That's really interesting..... I had 35 inch KO2's on my 2001 Wrangler TJ and everyone in my Jeep group commented on how quiet it was ( SILENT ) I also had 4.56 gears and 8.8 rear axle.
The KO2's IMO is one of the best all around tires you can get , Duratrac is right there with it .

I hadn't noticed that. Not an important factor to me. But it could be because it is the Wildtrak comes standard with the hardtop.(most likely, first edition shows the same) Or perhaps something with the Mid package takes some space.

We went with the 4 door Wildtrak. Debated between the Badlands and the Wildtrak. Like others, we figured that once we got the Badland configured how we wanted it, it would be the same or more than the Wildtrak.

I think a lot of us are back and forth between the Wildtrak and Badlands. I put a trim compare together based on estimates from other threads. Anything you guys would change?

Noticed more at high speeds on the highway. Not as bad on side streets

That’s a tough call. IMO it depends on your needs it I would go with the Wildtracks.

Looks about right. Based on what I’ve read and heard badlands is a rubicon killer and the wild track is the closest thing to the raptor. Tough choice but it depends on your needs. I’m all for the wild track vs. badlands.

I don’t see much difference between the two except wildtrak comes with Sasquatch package. Everything else is just cosmetic changes. So if you just add the Sasquatch to badlands you have same truck, same suspension but you’d have the additional sway bar disconnect ability. I’m kinda leaning towards the badlands now.

To get the Badlands to the same level as the Wildtrak you would have to add the following:
-Auto and 2.7L engine
-Mid Package
-Sasquatch
-Hard Top

Edit. Didn't see that these were estimates. Hoping it isn't a typical 5k upgrade for high pack, especially when one trim has the mid already. Should be a 2k difference at that point.

What side graphics?

So if we're comparing Badlands+Sasquatch to Wilktrak (which comes with Sasquatch), the differences I see are:

Badlands:
Drive modes - Normal, ECO, Slippery, Sand, Mud/Ruts, Rock-Crawl, Baja
Sway Bar Disconnect
Heavy Duty Steel Bash Plates Standard
HD Modular Front and Steel Rear Bumper Standard
Mid Package Optional
Vinyl seats/washout flooring

Wildtrack:
2.7L EB engine/10 speed standard
Drive modes - Normal, ECO, Sport, Slippery, Sand, Mud/Ruts, Baja
Heavy Duty Steel Bash Plates Optional
Plastic Front/Rear (HD Modular Optional)
Mid Package Standard
PAINTED Hard top standard.

So assuming no additional options on each, you're getting the mid package standard on Wildtrak; it's optional on Badlands, so it has lower starting price. You get different drive modes - Badlands gets Rock-Crawl mode, Wildtrak replaces that with Sport mode; the other modes the same. Badlands comes with the Heavy duty bash plates and the modular front and steel bumpers, they're optional on Wildtrak. Badlands also gets the vinyl seats and washout floors, whereas Wilktrak comes with cloth/carpet (leather optional on both models). Wildtrak also comes with the hardtop, which is painted, whereas you'd have to pay for the option on Badlands (I'm presuming it's a non-painted one too, unless you can pay extra for a painted one on top of paying for the hard top).

Those are the biggest differences I see on Ford's PDF comparison charts.

----

I know for me, especially being in Florida, I'd rather have the creature comforts, and know I won't end up doing much rock crawling, so I'd rather have a Sport mode than a Rock Crawl mode. My opinion could change once order guides come out, but that's been my thinking at the moment.

Wildtrak also has most of the safety options standard plus the bigger engine standard. Have same logic is Texas where it’s pretty flat but gets muddy.
