Wildtrak Bronco Thread

After a couple of prior “Launch versions” of other vehicles I decided to let Ford sort out the teething problems on someone else’s car this time. Also I would prefer to spec out the vehicle exactly the way I want it, not “with every option”. Chose the Wildtrak as I do not plan on rock crawling.

What are thoughts on the 35s m/t noise level during highway driving? Anyone have experience with this size and type of tire on the highway. I plan to drive cross country in the Bronco, stopping at the national parks along the way. Need the wildtracks so I can be unstoppable for any terrain but also with highway manners.

yes, that is the Wildtrak. No hood graphics, but the painted black roof and wheels are the Wildtrak.

For a mud terrain tire they do not look super aggressive. Look more like a cross between an all terrain and a mud terrain. My Raptor has this same size tire in a BFG all terrain. At 20k miles they are still very quiet on the highway. I would expect these to be slightly louder but not too bad.

I had 35 Ko2 on my wrangler, pretty loud on the road. Think it was the tread pattern that caused this.

I know the shadow black painted hardtop is included with the Wildtrak, but I’m wondering if it can be switched to white. So many questions still, lol. I hope they didn’t just show us that cactus gray with the white top but have no actual white top included as an option. Not a deal breaker for me, just can’t wait for the builder tool haha.

I also went for the Wildrak. Giving up my Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude package and this trim feels the closest to my Jeep. I am desperately searching for an Area 51 color in depth to confirm this is more of a blue or gun metal color, anyone?

Went with the WT because FE was no longer available. But thought seriously about the Badlands. I'm just hoping they let us delete the hood graphic.

What mechanical benefits does the Wildtrack have when compared to the Badlands? Everyone keeps comparing it to the raptor but beyond having the Sport Goat mode i don’t see it at a major mechanical benefits when compared to the Badlands.

I had these questions as well, but I have not seen a clear answer. It sounds like there will be an actual "raptor" version released in the future, but the Wildtrak is not it. I originally had the Wildtrak reserved because I thought it was supposed to be the raptor and when I realized it was not, I changed to Badlands.
