Looks like we may wait awhile for our Wildtraks.....

Yep, Got the email this morning. At this point I may just wait and order a '22. The body colored top , 4-door roof rack on a SAS and maybe (pure speculation) a black interior might make it worth it for me to wait.

I'm not too worried. "Extended wait time" doesn't necessarily mean 2022. Could just mean you're not going to be one of the first ones and you may get yours in Q4 2021. Also, what data are they pulling to know the "overwhelming demand" that will delay these items; The amount of reservations made against data mining B&P? 6G polls? LOL...

I think with more dealers requiring steep non-refundable deposits, we're about to see how many of these reservations are actually converted into real orders. There was really Zero risk to reserve a Bronco for $100. So many people jumped on board because it's fun, quick, refundable, and you got on a list to later decide what you wanted to do. I think there will be a significant drop in order conversions. Larger than what they expected, but them saying 'be prepared to wait' just gets customers off of Ford and the dealers backs when their build get delayed due to covid, backorders, etc.

So I just chatted with one of the cust serv reps on the Ford B&P, not that it means much but he said that the advanced auto 4x4 system is standard on the Wildtrak 4-door. Contrary to what the “order guide” that just came out said.

The sheet is confusing, but the auto 4x4 isn't what is optional, its the number of doors. Four doors is the option configuration.

I use Weather Tec mates in my Raptor works great. now if you have a lot of water with mud
I lay down a shop towel to absorb some water.

Have there been any photos of the decals on the darker colors (Black/AMB) other than on B&P?
