For me as a mechanic, the Sasquatch package is worth the money. The 4.77 gearing will make the truck drive like a normal truck with 35 tires. Putting bigger tires on lower gearing will affect drivability. If you want to get them installed later you need to get them installed by Ford to ensure they are done right, but even then... there may be an issue with installation. Unless you know a shop that gets gear spacing and lash perfect, I would just rather have it done from the factory. Same with lift and alignment. I’m paying for all that to be assembled right from the factory. Under warranty.
So you really can't run 35's with the 4.46 gears? What will happen? Sluggish or worse?

Sas package on base BL = $2495. Or you could do:

5 wheels at $200(for average, middle of the road wheels)= $1000
5 315/70 or 35x12.5s ($260-$340 each so let’s call it $300 each)= $1500
* you need 5 or you’ll look like a dork without the matching spare
Mount and balance = $50
Alignment = $125
Regearing = $1800
Not done by factory so not warranted = hmmm?

Sas not looking too bad...

So the only difference between a Badlands and a Sasquatch Badlands is 4.7 vs 4.46, a small lift and of course the 35 tires and fenders.
We already know we can order the fenders as an accessory and of course 35 tires.

I would gladly order Sasquatch from the factory, but I need a roof rack and it seems the roof rack cannot be ordered as an accessory from the dealer. So I am stuck getting a base Badlands. Will it be easy for me to add 35 tires and will the 4.46 be an issue?
Ummmm.... 4.7 gearing is available on both engines and both transmissions on the Badlands

It's literally just wheels/tires and fender flares. At an exorbinant price.

Why anybody needs to sasquatch a base badlands is beyond me.

FYI: "Base badlands" implies the base level of Badlands, as in, you didn't spend thousands of dollars upgrading the engine or transmission.... Soooooo, you're specifically asking about the 2.3 with MT and 4.7. So it's wheels/tires and fender flares........ For about $2,500
And lets not forget you can sell your brand new Badlands wheels/tires very easily to other Bronco owners who would love to have the 33"ers. So there's $1k+ at least back in your pocket.

I don't know that I'd rely on someone being silly enough to give a grand up for factory wheels/tires.

I’m in a BD and would love to upgrade wheels & tires. The math on it is minimum $200/tire $200/wheel. So $2000 total before install labor etc

I’d happily pay $1000 for the BL wheels someone takes off.

Just wait. Factory Badlands wheels/33" will go easy. I've already had inquiries on mine. Just the tires new alone would cost about $1k.

Maybe you're right, I've sold a ton of parts and never got close to that number for OEM setups, especially with an aftermarket that is far wider.

Unfortunately, that looks like a build and price error. The order guide says only 4.46 for the auto.

Are you saying you value 5 BL rims and 5 KO2 tires below $1000? I guess I’m missing something here.

No I'm saying the market will be tiny, when was the last time you looked to buy some factory rims?

I hear you for Base or Big Bend takeoffs. Badlands is a different story.
