One of the Wrangler's biggest shortcomings is a manual soft top and it took an aftermarket company to create a top that should have came from factory

and their 'sliding' soft top is a joke with minimal freedom

A power top would most likely be like jeeps, no offense but why thats cool but drives up cost fast, it's also heavier, takes up more space, and much more complicated.

You do realize all this is optional and no one is forcing you to buy this right? Some of us like to spend money on smiles per gallon.

Yes I do, but I also know that would be significantly more difficult build, I am not saying it won't happen, just saying it's as likely that the coyote will be an option.

I need a lame manual top, the more auto stuff the more stuff to fail. I wouldn't mind having an auxiliary hand crank on the engine, my 76 FJ55 still has a hand crank on it.

Everytime I visit these forums, I realize that what I want out of a truck and what other people want are light years apart.
No criticism. Just that it's been eye-opening for sure.

Why not a powered OPTION

I'd personally take Manual to be safe, but why not make it an option to stick it to Jeep?
