The solution mentioned here fixed my issue from the original poster. It was fixed in less than 1 minute. A trip to the dealer would take hours. If we all went to the dealer for every little thing there wouldn't be much need in a forumThey make dealers for these kinds of things

Roll it all the way down and then keep holding for 3-4 seconds. Roll all the way up and keep holding for 3-4 seconds. Repeat twice within 30 seconds.
