Mine arrived at dealership with same problem. They just replaced the motor for me.

They make dealers for these kinds of things 🤷🏻‍♂️
The solution mentioned here fixed my issue from the original poster. It was fixed in less than 1 minute. A trip to the dealer would take hours. If we all went to the dealer for every little thing there wouldn't be much need in a forum 😉

Did you do the magic window reset?

Roll it all the way down and then keep holding for 3-4 seconds. Roll all the way up and keep holding for 3-4 seconds. Repeat twice within 30 seconds.
Fantastic response. I did 10 seconds either way and it fixed my rear window. Thanks for the response. These responses are so helpful from time to time.
