I have a MY21 2 door Black Diamond 7MT Velocity Blue Bronco.
Reserved 7/13/2020, Received 10/20/2021.

This is a space where I'll post my build details and trip logs that I take with my bronco.

Current Mods:

So far I'm slowly finding what I want to do with my bronco as far as mods go. I wanted to spend some time driving it as is before I dug deep into mods.

Installed:


•Bilstein OEM Sasquatch suspension
•35" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT
•Redline Custom shift boot (white and blue stitching)
•Twisted Shifterz custom white shift knob
•Ford Mudflaps
•15% tint on all windows
•Blue bronco dash inlay
•Bartact grab handles
•Bronco Graveyard Trail sight flag mount
•Diode Dynamics SS6 foglights
•Tailgate fold down table
•Bestop Trektop twill soft top
•White rocker panel stripe
•Oracle flush mount LED tail lights

-Bronco Graveyard trail sight flagpole mount
-Gorilla whips 1/4" fiberglass flagpole and orange flag for when at OHV parks
-figured 1/4" would be thin and flexible enough to hopefully not snap on the trails.




Painted the flag pole mount to match the trail sight


Installed SS6 fog lights. Brighter than I thought but may be too bright to use on road even though they are DOT legal.


Added some stickers to the tailgate for the places the bronco went. Hope to fill this thing up soon!


Received my fold down tailgate table and installed it. I went to the hardware store to upgrade all the bolts with a better grade since that seemed to be the weakest point. Overall now it feels really solid for the price.

Bestop Trektop twill soft top installed on the bronco.

Trip Log:

Attended the First ever Midwest Bronco Bash 08/14/2022.
It started in Bettendorf, IA and ended at Poopys Biker Bar in Savannah, IL. We had about 30 broncos in the cruise up the Mississippi river. Was a lot of fun and loved seeing all the folks stopping to wave to us and taking pictures of our broncos as we drove by all the small towns. Hope to see everyone again next year and I'll bet there is even more Broncos there next year!

Badlands off road park: Attica, IN

Went to the off road park with the bronco. She did really good and the crawler gear in 4 Lo was impressive! The only thing wrong was the ground clearance. No matter what line I took in some areas I still scraped while the Sasquatch Bronco I was with did not. Looks like a lift kit is in my future.

Getting some Sasquatch goodies to install to my Black Diamond! Also have some 33's coming soon so I can have a little more clearance when off roading

Now I am half sasquatch! Added OEM takeoff Bilstein sasquatch suspension. Soon to come is 33" K02 later this week

Who needs a truck when you have a wagon lol brought home 5 -33" tires to go on the bronco

How much lift did you get uo getting from the sasquatch suspension ?

Unfortunately I didn't measure before but just eyeballing it I'd have guessed around an inch just from swapping with the Bilstein. Once I'm done with the tires I'll compare it to another 2 door black diamond non sas to see what the total gain was.

Look forward to it. One of my possible routes along with 255 80 R17s. Mine is a 4dr.

Aas the install just a straight swap ?

Yep just a straight swap of the Bilstein and shocks. Upper control arm is the same on the models. I go in for an alignment and wheels put on Thursday so I'll let you know how it goes. Just be careful as each model has different spring rate depending on doors, engine, model, ect so try to swap it wit a sasquatch that is same trim and engine as yours.
