Very interesting. Thanks for posting. I wonder if any of the April 29, 2022 blend dates see their bronco rolling down the line.
I saw this resurrected online a few days ago. I’m sure it was posted here when it was originally made in 2021, as I remembered seeing it then.
I recommend anyone who may be in the Detroit area take a tour of the Ford Rouge plant. It was interesting, entertaining, and informative. I’d take a tour of MAP if only they would offer it.

The video used footage from both 2021 and 2022. There’s a spot where they show multiple broncos on the line with “119 XXX” sequence stickers on the front bumper. Day 119 in 2021 was April 28 . Bronco production (Job 1) didn’t start until May. You can also see a Hot Pepper Red and Cyber Orange in this spot. 2022 was the only year both colors were offered. Day 119 in 2022 was April 29, 2022
One of my co-workers loves sasquatch and shared this with us today (our last day with students this calendar year). Merry Christmas ya'll!!!!

The old Chevy S10 was built about 5mi from where I grew up. I toured the plant several times. Its really cool to see how they all come together.

Not a bad video, but man it hops around the build sequence like they were in a pinball machine. I couldn't finish it.

Only the first segment was Bronco Final assembly. The rest is other OEMs (Nissan, Jeep, etc.) and is out of order for actually building a vehicle.
Final Assembly is very labor intensive. Body and Paint, not so much.
