I own a vacuum sales and repair shop... I am starting to really struggle with getting parts and new machines... I am talking 2-6 month back orders on all most my high end unit's... It's killing us small guys that only order one or two at a time.

Just FYI anyone else in Southeast - email last night from FOMOCO pushing back delivery window from today to 1/20-26 to dealer just outside Charlotte.

My dealer hasn’t a clue

Embracing the wait, still.

My tracker updated overnight from EDD 1/9 to 1/17. Dealer told me yesterday the Bronco is 1.5 hours away in San Antonio. Crazy...
When I was getting an estimate on my trade Saturday, I talked with the owner of one of the Badlands that was just delivered and I was admiring. She ordered 3 days after me and I know I'm already a short wait compared to others, but I know a little how y'all feel.. Ford really has no rhyme or reason how they are doing things... like why is it going to take 6 days to get my Bronco 1.5 hours to the dealership??

My last email from Ford was Saturday. Changed my EDD to Knoxville to 1/9 - 1/15. I’m sure it’ll get pushed again. Ridiculous.

I 100% agree!!! Mine I'd either 50 miles or 32 miles away in a train yard somewhere. If the trucking companies hired ro do the job can not fulfill their obligations for what ever reason, hire additional companies that can accommodate your demand. It shouldn't be that complicated. He'll, allow the dealerships to transport the cars if needed. If it is a liability, contact to buyers and see if they want to "test drive" their vehicles from the rail yard to the dealership. There just has to be a better way.

I'd test drive mine from Map the 3 hour drive right to my dealer and finish the paperwork. Waiting two plus weeks to deliver a vehicle 3 hours away is just unacceptable. I can't even imagine how frustrating the train situation is for many of you. The system is fundamentally broken and we suffer because of it.

@Ford Motor Company we all did this and haven't heard anything back for weeks. 12/6 thread has multiple cases of orders pushing out weeks when the dealer is 6 hours from the plant while MY22s are being delivered. How about you get us all some REAL answers???

Boy, FOMOCO (@Ford Motor Company), that could open the floodgates of requests/demands for inquiries….lots of folks here left feeling let down by the delivery process…..just sayin’
“Hi there!”?……realize how tone deaf all this makes y’all out to be?

@Ford Motor Company To reflect others comments, many orders with blend dates well after several of us (myself included) have received shipping notices as well as receiving their Bronco while many of us sit and listen to crickets as NOTHING is being communicated....I know my vehicle was completed on 12/17 and then sat, and sat, and sat, and is STILL sitting awaiting shipping.....Does anyone at corporate care?

I agree @Ford Motor Company . This is not a one off problem with one or two individuals. These are entire build weeks for about a month just sitting at MAP . We all continue to get pushed back with no reasonable explanation . Many of us less than a few hour drive from MAP and the train situation seems to be a whole other debacle. We all just want our vehicles. Helping one or two people is nice but finding out what the real problem is and addressing that as a whole would be a much more productive use of your time and would be very appreciated by all.
