Driveway $51000

Private party, I was asking $49000. I had a firm offer at $45000 and multiple below that. One at $48000 but, I never considered them serious.

Driveway was a nightmare to work with. Delays, excuses, and more delays. They are untrained, overwhelmed and, disorganized.

just sold it to Carvana. Literally, 15 minute transaction.

Not bad for a car I paid $38000 OTD for. $34k plus CA taxes, reg, etc.

what bothers me most is the outright lies and deception- a list of ford's lies:
you'll have an estimate by May 21 of when you can expect your bronco
Reservations exist and matter
we just need a 90 day delay to get them to you
we just need the time to make sure they pass our quality checks
we just need another 90 days
they're in a climate controlled warehouse
this is truly fraud and deceit

If anyone has a recent Built or Delivered status change and wants to contribute to the spreadsheet, please head there soon to make your updates. I'll add another snapshot to the Progression graph tomorrow.

Seems like participation has slowed, because the graph is starting to flatten out. I'm guessing there's been some attrition in this thread from people losing interest or walking away from their orders. I know I haven't been coming here nearly as much anymore.

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this long weekend with friends and family. Be safe. And reflect on how lucky we are to be able to freely gather here and express ourselves in this online community. It's easy to take for granted.

Oh, I was told on twitter that “the level of entitlement of people who ordered a sought after vehicle during Supply chain disruptions is something to behold”. All those lies you listed don’t matter. You’re really just feeling entitled…

1/17/22 family, she actually made it home! I hopped in after all the paperwork and could not believe I was actually putting her in Drive! And after driving the Baby Bronco Ecosport and my old Fusion, I felt like maybe not a good idea to raise her up with a 2 inch lift! I mean, I’m 5’1” and May have enough trouble getting the doors off without it being taller! Lol! I’ll give myself a year to at least wear the tires out some! Then when I put new wheels and tires, I’ll feel like it’s a whole new vehicle!

I honestly think there was a compete stop on any progress to “in production “ since early April. The ones who received deliveries were already build status then. Ford made a decision to hold broncos and prioritize F 150 and explorers needing chips.

Did you ever get any explanation regarding the reason why the first shipment of your Bronco was returned to the factory?

She's beautiful . I wish my bronco got shipped but accidently wasnt supposed to so at least when it gets shipped back it has everyone's attention ... Maybe one day when it's the 3000

I agree with this. Ordered my wife a brand new Explorer end of April. We already have a VIN and build week of 7-11. Doesn’t appear to be any issue building things.
