I must be using the wrong tracker then. I go through the backdoor link but i dont see that option.

Well there are a few differnet links. The one with the window sticker is the "pizza tracker" one that was in the email when you got your vin from ford.

You need the vin and 4 digit order (not reservation like you need for the backdoor link).
