Correct, that is the order code for the base lights. That’s why I want to know why it says, “Note: required option when feature is not available.”

Ford calls standard equipment “features” as well. So u less they’re replacing the steering wheel with the base lights I’m not sure what else that could mean.

For fuck sakes...never in a million years did I think a BLACK hard top on a 2DR non lame ass heritage edition wold be such a huge ask.
I've rolled my 2nd day res for what seems like years now....frankly I've lost track.

Just get it painted on your own, that will be my plan.

Has anyone contacted their dealer to find out how to rollover to 2023?

Mine is saying they have my ID and information from when I ordered back in February this year, so nothing more needed besides swapping color which I already asked for EG (had CO).

This make sense? Ford release material made it seem like we'd have to go in and verify orders.

I was told to build it again when new "Build & Price" comes out and send it to my salesman.

WTF were they thinking. The worst part of the interior BS is that the only reason my GF is getting a WildTrak and not an OBX is that she wants the Bronco's on the seat covers!!! (She's no better than the design team!!!)

Seriously, she doesn't need HOSS 3.0 or the Sasquatch package... however, thankfully, I will make sure to fully appreciate all the available capabilities!!! I am sure down the road, she will appreciate it too.

Had she not wanted the "Lux" package (only for adaptive cruise control) and Cloth Seats with Bronco's on them, I could have put her in a mid package big bend with optional adaptive cruise control and called it a day for $20G's less. Don't worry, I am not paying for it (at least not directly, but that's money that could have been spent on me! LOL).

However, as she is watching my mod my OBX and going wheeling with me, she's starting to appreciate the differences between the capabilities of the various Broncos. It's neat to see her actually starting to get into it and enjoy off-roading.

Glad i'm not the only one...except i'm married and the wrong decision cost's me half my stuff and probably not the best half. I went from mid, black diamond, SAS, etc. to an effn heating steering wheel and adaptive cruise. "you know, your hands get cold..." Well they're still effn cold cause i don't have a bronco!

Ford is going to get the bronco order issues cleared up at the deepest point in the recession when interest rates are at a 40 year peak. At that point you’ll be able to order whatever you want and get it in 6 weeks.

Not surprised on the modular top news, I theorized that making it a Heritage Edition exclusive for 2023 would basically allow Ford to roll it out slowly in a single color, and to potentially issue a recall more easily due to the smaller production numbers. Hopefully by 2024 Ford will have gotten organized enough to offer body-matched modular tops, and not just black and white painted.
