You would think but with no built status updates or modules popping, I wonder if they even had 12/21-12/23 on the line that actual week. We’ve become the 1/9 build week. It’s like a three week delay.
If you call ford customer service they should be able to give you the amount of price protection (now called private offer) and the certificate number. 800-334-4375My Bronco has now shipped. I want be excited. But my trade-in has went down 5k in last month and dealer won’t tell me if I get price protection
I have called them, and they say they have nothing to do with it. It’s all up to the dealer.
That is so odd. The last time I called, the woman offered that information before I even asked.
As with any call in service, it depends on who you get on the phone and their amount of dedication to their job. If I know that others have received info by calling the number then I just keep calling back until I get someone on the line willing to give the information I’m looking for.
I went to pick mine up today , mostly worried about the trade. That was no issue as it turned out…. but no Price Protection certificate for a 7/15/2020 reservation. No idea how to correct it, but Dealer will likely just move on to next buyer I assume. Crazy. What a hassle to get to the finish line, (ordered three times)… and for what ever reason Ford can’t or won’t deliver on price protection. Good luck to everyone. I wouldn’t take PP as a given, even on a day two reservation.
