Ordered last Feb. 22 and started filling garage. News came out that we might not get our orders and I acted on it. I found my order at a dealership 800 miles away then bought it. I have been building the last few weeks and finally done. Here is SQUACHD.

Baja Designs ONX6 50" spot on top. All Baja Design lights except fogs. They are Westin with yellow tint. Baja didn't make a good fit for the space.

Good looking build, I do have a question though. Having that you lifted and put 37's on are you planning any steering and tie rod upgrades? I know these are the weak links on modified Broncos.

Nice build, and I like the color! How long did it take for you to get the Expedition One rear bumper and tire carrier? I’m on the hunt for a rear setup, been looking at LOD and Road Armor, but yours looks great. Expedition One lead times currently show 14-20 weeks though! Was that accurate? Any issues with the setup?

Great question and yes I did. I did JKS stirring rod sleeves, Bronc Buster Bushing and Housing. See build sheet above.

Yes it is pretty accurate and no issues at all. No drilling but you will need a friend to help. I ordered mine on Nov. 15 and got it less than a week ago. It is so worth the wait. The bumper does not look mass produced. I looks like a custom high end part. I also debated on long lead time. After receiving and putting my hands and eyes on it I am so glad I went with EO. The welds are perfect and I have never seen a powder coating this good. I actually dropped the end of the bumper on garage floor unpacking it and it didn't even mark it. I cant speak for the other bumpers and the options are limited on those with tire carriers but I just don't see how any could be as good. Certainly not any better. The only down side is Expedition One is pricy.

I love the wheels. I didnt realize black rhino's had a wheel pattern that worked on our Broncos.
