In the grand scheme of things not many "C" options out there. My "D" 37 x 11.5 Nittos come in at 71 pounds, can't imagine these would be whole lot more weight. I do like the tread pattern.

Very few offerings from any MFG in that size range.

That's what I run on my WT, currently.

Ideally, I would be running Goodyear MT/Rs, if they still made them. I have them in 40" on my crawler, and I love those tires.

Considering that they're meant to take on "extreme off reading situations" (Goodyear's words) they shouldn't come in C.
Most of us don't need 3,500 lbs of load capacity per tire, and don't want inflexible sidewalls. 8-10 ply sidewalls are completely ridiculous and unnecessary.

Guaranteed these will be 80-plus pounds each.

Many of us run aired down and abuse the sidewalls, so the extra strength is appreciated. Trail damage around here is from rocks and sticks and other trash cutting sidewalls. Your trails may be cleaner. The sidewalls are 2-3 ply regardless of weight rating.

I'm glad somebody is finally speaking for most of us! How dare they make a tire for a different use case! What are they trying to do? Make money???

I agree with that but if a tire is made for "extreme offroad situations" it shouldn't be C rated. These should be built with stiff and heavy ply sidewalls to withstand offroading.
