Our first trail trip in the Bronco - Destination: Sedona, AZ. Dates: 23-MAY-2025 thru 29-MAY-2025
Couple items before the pics and videos
Goodyear Territory performed great. Never needed to air down below 30psi which is good because...
The Wolfbox tire inflator sucks - air up time from 30psi to 38psi crazy long time; overheating
Dashcam: Garmin Dash Cam mini 2 - worked as expected!

Day 1: Schnebly Hill Rd
Pick up this trail on our way into town from Flagstaff. Trail is easy. My biggest concern was the sharp rocks vs the Goodyears.

Day 2: Outlaw Trail

Causal trail, nothing too difficult for the Bronco

Day 3: Soldier Pass

Fun trail. Moderately more difficult that the previous two. The sink hole was not very impressive but the trail to the sink hole made it worth it.

Day 4: Mingus Mountain

Definitely plan a half day. Takes some effort to get there from Sedona but certainly worth it. One sketchy stop at a switch back what immediately turns into a staircase that tilts towards the cliff. Wifey got a little nervous. Well to be honest, I was a little nervous also.

Rest area about half way up

Looks like you had a great time. I did Schnebly Hill and Broken Arrow last winter in my Jeep. Looking forward to trying them out again in the Bronco. (when it cools off)

Yep, that's a fun one. Thanks for sharing 🤠.

Oh, and if you were at 30lbs, you have not even started to air down. Don't be afraid to drop that to about 1/2, it will soften up the ride tremendously .

Looks like an awesome time! Sedona is beautiful, thanks for sharing. Bookmarking this trip report for the next time we are out there - hopefully in our Bronco. In April, we took a rental RAV4 (fwd) out to Devil's Bridge and survived with only a few minor scrapes - but got a lot of funny looks :)

Beautiful photos. I used to live in Sedona when I was a kid. My grandma always said they should have made it a national park because of it's natural beauty. Of course the problem with that is they likely would have banned offroad travel. Too bad they couldn't find somehappy in between because it's a mega-overcrowded-zoo of a town nowadays.

Please tell me you ate at Mole Mexican Kitchen. We'll drive from Dallas to Sedona 50% for the trails, 25% for the views, and 25% for MMK!!!!! Great vids and pics!

Yeah, I went down to 20lbs for most of these and the Braptor was all good

Nice, looks like so much fun! I attended Norther Arizona University in Flagstaff 25 years ago. Lots of outdoor fun. Sedona is absolutely beautiful. You just have to try to avoid the weirdo's live in Sedona, Verde Valley and Jerome, honestly you would not believe me if I told you, but the trails are fun. Flagstaff in Winter is incredible if you have the right 4x4 equipment.
