Just a quick shoutout. He was moving at about 45mph and I was stopped trying to turn left. Sad to see her on the tow, but she took it like a champ and my family was safe. #BuiltFordTough

not quite sure what the point of the animation is supposed to be.... or what it has to do with a real world accident. but is interesting to see a fantasy land where you can get that pickup to 268 mph I guess...

You can check out different models and years on car-part.com I am amazed at how well Broncos and Mustangs take the heavy damage.

Over the years I have been involved in several violent accidents (none my fault) and one my wife was life flighted right from the scene. She was ok though.

What??? You wish for more damages and perhaps injury. I can't believe that post got "likes",

I convey more well wishing. :)

Tom
Where did you get that he wishes for more damage? He said he’s surprised there isn’t more. Not even close to your contrived interpretation.

I’ll take the defense a step further by saying the “empty well wishes” are just that-empty. On the same level of thoughts and prayers then going back to living their life as they normally would. They’ve gained the online validation they needed without actually doing anything to help. **someone’s house burns down** “oh my heavens I’m so sorry that happened to you! We’ll keep you in our thoughts and prayers!” Nothing was done to help but it looks good.

And can we stop with the “look at how good my car did when the crumple zone of the other car worked as designed” celebrations? It’s like any time someone gets rear ended, regardless of brand, they get some unwarranted satisfaction for how well their vehicle did against X manufacturer. It’s silly.

**steps off soapbox**

Glad you're ok.

I had a friend hit a car on the highway head on going around 50 or 60 (the other car got turned around somehow). She was in a Jeep TJ and walked away from it.

I once rear ended a chevy prizm with my TJ. I had a bent back front bumper ($60 fix). I swear the ass end of the prizm was pushed all the way to the backseat.

Something about ACTUAL SUVs - I guess body on frame (not all the hybrid/crossover road orbs/'tall station wagons' everyone drives nowadays).
