It’s your M210 Front Drive Unit. I went through the same issues — it took me six months to finally get them to fix it. They actually told me to just keep driving it until it fell apart.
By the fourth trip back to the dealership, there was no doubt it had a problem — if you know what I mean.

When I bought my 24 WT I had alot of vibration. I had my tires road force balanced and the issue went away.
Is this a different balance than the regular tire balance?

A road force balance is a more advanced type of tire balancing that simulates real-world driving by applying pressure to the tire to measure force variations and identify structural problems.

while a regular balance only corrects weight distribution imbalances.

Its a little more expensive but worth it.

Hope that helps

Love how many guys go right to tire balance issues, given the OP's clear description of a driveline problem.

Actually a front wheel that is out of balance will cause the steering wheel to shake.

My fronts where an once out on each tire. Steering wheel shook like crazy at 55 mph.

Had the tires road forced balance and the steering wheel shakes and vibration went away...

If dealer’s giving you the run around, and If you’re a self problem solver, I would swap 2 fronts to 2 rears and see if it makes a difference. If there’s a difference then it could be tires that were on front, then it would narrow it down to tire/wheel issue.

I recently purchased a leftover new 24 Wildtrack with less than 2000 miles on it, that has what I can describe as a course ride but really what's happening is a vibration that I can feel throughout the vehicle that will numb your hands if you drive it for more than a few miles. The vibration feels like it's much faster than the rotation of the wheels, so I don't believe that it's a balance issue, although I won't rule that out, and it does get worse the faster you go, but after you start to notice it, you can then feel it all the way down to stop.
Tire balance issue won't present itself at slower speeds. Other key words, "faster than the rotation of the wheels."

I have always been surprised at how smooth my '24 Wildtrak is. Before I took delivery I had read all kinds of stories about how some ride rough or have lots of road noise. I just had my first rotation at 10k. Same good ride as before. Your WT should be SMOOTH at all speeds... Mine is!
If you find the issue, please let us know what it is.

no real update today, yet. I'm busy at work on a dealine, and I've read the previous comments. I'm afraid that Ecook may be onto something though. They did have my bronco in the shop for 2 hours yesterday and then moved it back to the parking lot and have not contacted me since Tuesday.

Latest update. They have determined that it's the torque converter, which is a backordered part. They are looking to get one from another dealer, so it appears this will continue for a while. I'll update this if that resolves it.

I thought I would include @Ducati1098 in this discussion, since you are now looking at the Torque Converter. I think he is a Tranny Tech at a dealership. I wonder if he has ever encountered vibrations like this from a bad TC?

Possible that the vibration being felt is the TC, although in the original post it says "but after you start to notice it, you can then feel it all the way down to stop" this does not sound like a typical torque converter issue at all.

Most converter failures are simply TCC (torque converter clutch) shudder, I suppose the torque converter itself could be incorrectly balanced, but I have never see that on any vehicle before.

I'm sucpicious about that too. To ME, it felt more like it was an axle or driveshaft, but they claim to have placed a new vibration detection tool on the bronco to determine where it's coming from. The last time I dealt with a vibration, it was my GF's new Kia Sorento, Kia had to buy that back.

I think I'm seeing a connection here...
Did you let your girlfriend drive the wildtrak? Maybe it's time to replace her? 😂
