Another point on Esteban. He is the guy in the room trying to argue for changes and against jacking up the price. He’s absolutely “our guy” in this fight so if you meet him, say thanks. I‘m not trying to shill, but I’ve been that guy at other companies. I’ve been in board rooms where they jacked up the price of my new launch knowing I’d have to eat that s—t sandwich in front of customers.

I know, but I the charge for the AT in my opinion was excessive especially mated the high production 2.7.

I agree since you're paying the premium for the 2.7L engine option. But it does seem weird charging for the auto with the Sasquatch for this model year since the manual and Sasquatch combo isn't here until next model year

I don't know if y'all remember, but back when Coke changed their formula and introduced "New Coke" it was widely hailed as the biggest self-inflicted wound in corporate history. Pepsi gave all employees the next day off & declared victory.

This gotta be a close second...

You have been drinking "New Coke" (and then a "new new coke" and then a "new new new coke") all along, all these years. Their formula changes, even if you don't actually know that. Also the fountain formula for Coke is more different than the bottled Coke than a bottled Coke is different than a bottled Pepsi.

Of all the bad news...I'm still ready to order. I only had to redo the engine situation. I'm okay with the 2.3. Would I love to have a MOD top...of coarse...but I'm not waiting! So now my big thing is back to color! White, cactus, or black!

Drive this a few years see what comes of the future models. If I never buy another I could have a really cool classic in 20+ years.

Order the tow package at parts. They specifically cut off that section at the end of the video due to legality reasons

Some main takeaways:
