Ordering Question

Probably a dumb question, have sent over my build and reviewed it with my dealer and approved for it to be submitted to order. I haven’t gotten an order confirmation yet but my dealer said he will send it over soon. On my ford profile it says my order date was 8/2. Should I be getting an email confirmation from Ford, my dealer, or both? Another stupid question- when should I expect my window sticker?

Window sticker is very reliant on what you ordered. Without knowing any of that, or constraints from Ford, then your sticker will be very hard to judge.

If your profile says order placed (which it does) it means your dealer has submitted your order.

The reason why you haven’t received an Order Summary from them is simply because they either haven’t sent it, or it ended up in your spam folder.

The reason why you haven’t received an email confirmation from Ford directly is because either your email address was entered incorrectly, it ended up in your Spam folder, or there was some other weird problem on their end in the system.

I would check your spam folders first, and if you don’t find anything, definitely ask your dealer again for the summary.

As far as the Ford email goes, some people reported on the forum that they definitely never got it and their email was definitely correct… so maybe you won’t ever? I wouldn’t worry about it though because it’s just an automated thing anyway that doesn’t actually provide any additional information.

Hey there @broncoj11. Just like you I converted my reservation to order on August 2nd, 2021. Yesterday was when I received an email from Ford saying that order has been confirmed. As to when you should receive your window sticker…who knows. All we can do now is wait.

When I placed my reservation I knew what I was getting myself into. And just for laughs I asked my dealer as to when I should expect to see my Bronco in person. Their response was “By the end of this year”. If theres anything I’ve learned on multiple threads is to take things with a grain of salt…literally.

Not sure what you mean by the "build sheet"... do you mean what you printed out from the Build and Price online?

You really need to have them send you your Order Summary. They have to manually enter everything into the system, so just because you handed them what you wanted, you need to get the receipt back from them showing what they actually fat fingered into WBDO on your behalf.

right now there is a glitch and mine cant even be converted to an order... apparently this is a big issue right now. I reserved last week and tried to convert last week. still it wont let me convert to an order.

I’m jealous that you got an email lol. What does your build include?

Yea. I didnt know people would have trouble getting an email to be honest. Lol My Build includes the following:

2 Dr Bronco Black Diamond
Cyber Orange
2.7L engine w/10 Spd auto
No Tow package
No Sasquatch package
Mid Package
Roof rails
MIC top(unfortunately, preferred a soft top over the hard top)

I am in the same boat as you. I called Ford Customer Service and its a known issue and no new orders can be converted. They said keep trying and they hope IT has it fixed by next week. Production issues and now even ordering has issues...
